 A little while ago we had the pleasure of working with our favourite bartender to get the secrets to making the perfect Negroni...

Negroni

50ml Gin

30ml Campari

30ml Sweet vermouth

Bitters

Orange 

 Method

1) Prepare your ice by cutting it with a sharp knife

2) Peel the orange and trim lengthways for and cut the ends at a 45 degree angle

3) Place (uncut) ice in a large tumbler

4) Add a dash of bitters

5) Next the Campari, followed by gin and finally vermouth

6) Stir. settle in this part takes a while.

7) Get a chilled tumbler out of the fridge and place the cut ice in.

8) Using a strainer pour over the cut ice

9) Bit more stiring

10) Get the orange peel adn twist to release the oil, rub it around the rim od the glass. place the twist in the negroni.
